There is always a stress factor involved with an employee who is told “we have to let you go.” The fact of the matter is that no employer wants to let a good employee go but a poor economy is impacting the profits of many companies and unfortunately, it is becoming more an accepted norm in today’s prudential times.  Corporations are to be commended who go the extra mile to assist these employees with their career transitions. Often, there is a familial feeling of obligation by the employer and the offering eases the personal burden of the situation and the collective corporate conscience as well.

Anita Radosevich, a Certified Career Transition Coach, will help these individual’s combat reactions of denial and empower them to persevere with a clear objective The program is mutually beneficial for both the employer and employee because downsizing is truly is a traumatic time for everyone involved.
